qg5f Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between qg5f ("Platform", "we", "our") and the user ("you", "member"). It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms. If any part is unclear, please contact our support team.

1. Eligibility and Age Requirements

Certain eligibility conditions must be met in order to use qg5f's services. The following conditions apply to every member:

Age Requirement

• To open an account on qg5f and use any gaming or betting service, you must be at least 21 years old.
• Minors are not permitted to use this platform. Providing false information about your age will result in immediate account closure.
• We may at any time request an official government-issued ID (National ID card, passport) to verify your age.

Geographic Eligibility

qg5f primarily provides services to users in Bangladesh. It is your own responsibility to ensure that using online gaming services is lawful in the area where you reside.

Single Account

Each individual may operate only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, it will be considered a prohibited activity and all accounts may be suspended.

2. Account Registration and Management

Registering an account on qg5f is a straightforward process. However, it is each member's legal responsibility to provide accurate and truthful information.

Information Required at Registration

• Full name (as per National ID card)
• Active mobile number and email address
• Date of birth (accurately)
• Details of preferred payment method

Providing false or incorrect information may cause problems during the account verification process and may result in withdrawal being put on hold.

Password and Security

• Keep your account password completely confidential. qg5f will never ask for your password.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• You are responsible for all activities carried out on your account.

Identity Verification (KYC)

qg5f conducts an identity verification process for security and fraud prevention purposes. When requested, members must provide the following documents:

• Official photo ID (National ID card or passport)
• Proof of bank account or mobile banking account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket)
• Proof of residence (if required)

If verification is not completed, withdrawal requests may not be processed.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are supported for depositing funds into qg5f:

• bKash — easy mobile banking transactions
• Nagad — fast and reliable
• Rocket — DBBL's mobile payment service
• Bank Transfer — major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla, Islami Bank and BRAC Bank

Withdrawal Conditions

• The account must be fully verified before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Funds may only be withdrawn to the registered payment method.
• The wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing bonus funds (see Section 4 for details).
• Withdrawals may be delayed if verification has not been completed.
• qg5f reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal if fraudulent activity is suspected.

Currency and Conversion

All transactions on qg5f are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Transactions in foreign currencies are not available.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

qg5f offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own conditions that must be followed.

Welcome Bonus

New members have the opportunity to receive a bonus of up to 120% up to ৳8,000 on their first deposit.

Example:

• ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,200 bonus → total ৳2,200
• ৳14,000 deposit → ৳8,000 bonus → total ৳22,000 (bonus is capped at ৳8,000)

Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x. This is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the sum of the deposit and bonus.

Other Promotions

• All promotions are valid for a specific period.
• Multiple bonuses may not apply at the same time unless explicitly stated.
• Bonus abuse (arbitrage betting, multiple accounts, etc.) may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.
• qg5f reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

VIP Program

qg5f's VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Silver: weekly cashback up to 1.0%
• Gold: weekly cashback up to 1.5%

By staying regularly active, members can advance to higher tiers step by step. Separate conditions apply to each cashback benefit.

5. Gameplay and Betting Rules

General Gaming Rules

• The outcome of all games is determined by a certified random number generator (RNG), which ensures fair results.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, qg5f will attempt to restore the game from the last valid state.
• If an erroneous result appears in any game, that round will be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded.

Sports Betting Rules

• Bet outcomes are determined based on the official result of the relevant match or event.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, qg5f will settle bets according to the applicable rules.
• If odds added to a selection are clearly incorrect, qg5f reserves the right to void that bet.

Disconnection

If your internet connection is lost during a game, qg5f saves the server-side game state. Upon reconnection, you will be able to continue the game from where it left off. However, qg5f is not responsible for any loss caused by disconnection.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on qg5f. Violating these rules will result in permanent account closure and, where applicable, legal action:

• Operating multiple accounts on behalf of the same individual or organisation
• Unlawfully abusing bonus benefits or attempting to circumvent the terms and conditions
• Accessing another member's account or attempting to hack it
• Any form of manipulation or cheating in the platform's software or games
• Collusion — gaining unfair advantage by acting in concert with other players
• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources on the platform
• Conducting fraudulent activities in the name of the platform
• Placing bets using automated software or bots

If qg5f detects suspicious activity, it reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account during an investigation. If wrongdoing is proven by the investigation, all funds held in the account may be confiscated.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

qg5f gives the highest priority to protecting the personal data of members. We keep all data secure using SSL encryption technology.

Data Collection and Use

• We collect only the information necessary to provide the service.
• Member data is never sold or rented to third parties.
• Limited information may be shared with trusted technology partners working with us, but only for the purpose of improving the service.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

Closed at Member's Request

Any member can request to close their account at any time. Before submitting the request:

• All active bets must be settled
• Withdraw any funds remaining in the account
• Notify the support team in writing

Suspended or Terminated by qg5f

qg5f may suspend or terminate an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of the terms and conditions or prohibited activities policy
• Providing false information during the verification process
• Extended inactivity (generally more than 12 months)
• Court order or legal requirement
• Credible evidence of fraudulent activity

In the case of termination for valid reasons, any legitimate funds remaining in the account will be returned.

9. Limitation of Liability

qg5f is committed to providing a reliable and secure service. However, our liability is limited in the following matters:

• Loss or game interruption caused by internet disconnection
• Issues arising from problems with the member's device or software
• Temporary unavailability of third-party services (payment gateways)
• Loss resulting from the member's own negligence or provision of incorrect information
• Cyberattacks or unforeseen technical failures

Gaming is a form of entertainment. You are participating voluntarily and at your own risk — whether you win or lose is your personal responsibility.

10. Changes to Terms

qg5f reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time.

Notice of Changes

• For significant changes, a notice will be sent to the registered email address.
• The date of the change will be published at the top of this page under the "Last Updated" section.
• Continued use of the platform after a notice has been issued will be considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions.

If you do not agree with the updated terms and conditions, please request to close your account and withdraw your balance.
